This Privacy Policy applies to venue owners, managers, and staff ("Users") who use the Nollie platform. It is important to note that this policy does not cover how your venue should handle your own customers' data, though we provide features to help you comply with relevant privacy laws in your operations.


By providing personal information to us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any other arrangements that apply between us. We may change our Privacy Policy from time to time by publishing changes to it on our website. Communications: Information you provide when you contact our support team or respond to surveys

We may collect personal information about you when you use and access our website, including:

4. WhatsApp Business Integration


4.1 WhatsApp-Specific Data Collection
When you enable WhatsApp Business API integration with Nollie:

We collect and process message content, delivery status, and metadata of WhatsApp communications between you and your customers
We collect phone numbers of your customers that have engaged with your business via WhatsApp
We process opt-in confirmations and messaging permissions from your customers

4.2 WhatsApp Data Usage


Data collected through WhatsApp integration is used to:

Facilitate communications between your venue and your customers
Provide analytics on messaging effectiveness
Generate insights to improve customer engagement
Enable automated responses and campaign delivery

4.3 WhatsApp Opt-Out Mechanism


We provide tools for your customers to opt out of WhatsApp communications:

Through reply messages (e.g., "STOP")
Via preferences in your venue's customer profiles
Through links provided in WhatsApp messages

4.4 WhatsApp Data Sharing


Message metadata may be shared with Meta (WhatsApp's parent company) in accordance with their terms of service. Meta may use this information for their own purposes as described in their privacy policy. We do not control Meta's data practices and recommend reviewing their privacy policy.

To enable you to access and use our Nollie platform and its features
To operate, protect, improve and optimize the Nollie platform, business and our users' experience
To provide the core functionality of Nollie's CRM and marketing automation features

To send you service, support and administrative messages, reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, and information requested by you
To generate customer insights and recommendations using AI

To administer rewards, surveys, contests, or other promotional activities
To comply with our legal obligations, resolve any disputes that we may have with any of our users, and enforce our agreements with third parties
